We hope that you will be completely
satisfied with your purchase.
We know that purchasing items online, where you do not have the opportunity to
see or touch the real thing, can make shopping a bit more difficult. Please remember
too that if you are purchasing a bird feeder, that it can often take birds up
to six weeks to find and get used to a new feeder. Please see our Tips
on Bird Feeders so that your birds will enjoy any new feeder that you introduce
into your yard.
We understand that occasionally the purchased item may not be exactly
what you thought it might be. In that case please contact
us or call us
at (505) 898-8900 for a return authorization and return the item for a
full refund of the purchase price within the return period.
We do not refund the original shipping cost or return shipping cost unless it was our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
We accept returns within 30 days of order shipment. Items must be returned in original condition.
If your
item arrives damaged, we would appreciate it if you could save the packing
materials
until we can work with the shipper on a claim.
